no minimum bux

yesterday I was register at no minimum bux, I see this site on Neobux ads and I interested. When I read the TOS, we can request payout with no minimum amount but we must have 15 view ads to request first cashout.
So, I want to know.
Any my lot member also member on there ?
and what's your experience on there?
The site is scam or not?

I have heard of this site but have not joined it. I have seen some discussions about it here at Mylot and other members say they do pay. I hope you get paid by them also if they are still a paying site. Good luck.
