This is a good idea to produce this kind of cutlery. At least we don't have to wash it after a meal. It saves the time and I am interested in this product. I think they can produce the edible dishes and bowls later. It will have a potential market. Washing dishes is the housework that I don't like to do.

thanks for the response,you are right,in future if they make bowls,dishes it is no need to clean/wash the dishes,no wastage of water and cleaning liquid,have a nice day

Although it's a very interesting concept, it also raises a couple of questions. First of all, how does it stay together while you eat? Wouldn't it sort of dissolve as you go? Also if I can bite it and chew it won't it break easily? Possible to easy to be used? What is it made of and is it really safe?

I too had the same doubt. :) I guess it is like some sugar candies - stiff till the teeth start doing their work. It is certainly worth a look though. Whether it takes off or not is a different issue. At least the concept gets my attention.
