I can't fix anything, and I hate that, but, it saves me a lot of money because it would cost more to repair it by a qualified technician if I tinkered with it. However, I did install my own internet, I know, its a disc and a cable cord but I impressed my wife by taking the initiative.

No, I haven't ever fixed an appliance by myself. But, I have figured out how to fix computer problems. I love that feeling when you prove to yourself that you are able to do something you didn't ever think you could do. We have been having a lot of problems with our appliances lately. We've been here nine years and everything is starting to get old. I'm getting scared because we don't really have the money to spend on fixing all these things.

I have been learning how to fix a lot of things lately and it is really fun. I have written some article on various sites on how to fix stuff. Some things are much easier to fix than you might think. I have learned a lot about dish washer repair so if you need help there I might be able to help you through it. Here is an article I wrote about determining what is wrong with a dishwasher and weathor not you should tackle fixing it yourself.

I have not done it completely alone, but I have assisted. I have a neighbor that is good at all that kind of stuff (thank goodness), he fixes stuff like that for me and I fix his computer issues, it is a win, win solution for both of us. I don't know what I would do with out him. I am very grateful to have someone so handy living so close by.
