Mobile phone charges.

What is the cost of making a call in your mobile, in your country. In India, mostly it costs about 1 to 2 U.S. cents for one minute, if you are speaking in your own state.If it is for other states, it is 3 cents,(U.S.) for one minute.
What are the charges in your country.

In China it depends on the service plan you choose. I could only introduce my own service plan: Every month I'm charged 16 RMB (3.4 USD) monthly fees, which means I could receive local calls for free. I'm charged 0.13 RMB (0.02 USD) per minute for dialing local calls. If I dial or receive domestic roaming calls, the charge is 0.6 RMB (0.09 USD) per minute and 0.4 RMB (0.06 USD) perminute. Generally speaking, I'm not satisfied with the current service plan for the charging standards are unreasonable. I hope that the charges could be reduced sharply in the near future.

This is quite expensive Simon1223. After paying 16RMB, you should get some free minutes. In India, they always give some free minutes equal to the plan which you have taken, eg if you have taken a Rs.200 plan, usually they give 200 minutes free and the calls are charged only after the free 200 minutes.

There are too may options to choose from. Almost all mobile networks here in the Philippines offers call promos such as unlimited calls. Some network offers one day unlimited calls within the country and within the same network for $0.50. Others have promos like 10 pesos per three minutes or even 1 peso per minute.
