I just heard some alarming news from my mom today. She said that she's heard drinking soy milk can raise your risk of breast cancer! ESK! I didn't get any details from her or anything...I don't drink soy milk...but I thought I would bring it up on here!!! If you drink soy milk you might want to check it out!

Yeah! I guess my sister liked to drink it too, that's why my mom told her. My mom drinks it too, I hope she's listened to her own advice and stopped! lol

Hello, In the beginning weused to have lot of soya products. But I also came across this article and many letters from so many people who said that they got this cancer after regular use of soya. After reading those articles we stopped consuming the soya products. I am having those articles in my inbox even now.

That's good! :) I'm happy that I have never consumed any soy products! No soy milk or beans, or anything in between for me! :D

Wow. I had not heard anything about soy milk not being good for us. I do not drink it either but it is nice to know for the future. I will tell other people about it too and see if I can find more information on it.

On most of these scares they feed huge amounts of the food or chemical to mice. In order to get the mice to drink enough, they cant feed it anything else. Don't worry. All foods can be eaten as a part of a balanced diet. I use soy milk on my oatmeal. I buy the little single drink packs of Alpro and one lasts me several days.
