At first it was my teenagers they texted from sun up to sun down. I would yell at them why you texting so much? Their reply was its fun and I have unlimited texting. So i came to except this new form of communication and left the teens to text away. Then it got to the point that my teens wouldnt answer my calls to their cell phones. When i asked my daughter why she didnt answer her response was ...i was busy textin someone. OK so I got a wake up call i better get with the new form of communication. I added texting to my cell plan and sent a message to everyone ..........ok finally i have texting! Now im wondering why this form of communication has taken first place to any other form. Why would people want to text instead of just calling a person? Why would you prefer texting over email? (for those that have web on phone) I just about fell over the other day when I recieved a text from the bathroom it was my husband.....................hey im out of toilet paper in here will you bring me some? OH MYYYYYYYYYYYYYY my husband thinking im his personal servant now!

I like to text too . That`s because it`s cheaper and i can say much more in low cost and sometimes, i really can`t tell the same things on the phone, when i text i`m telling all that i think, because i can . As about your husband with that text , i don`t think that you should be mad on your husband. that`s my opinion .

That is hilarous that your husband texted you sitting on the toilet. I have done that too, as my duaghter and I text a lot every day, at least when she isnt' busy that is. I am addicted to texting now. Since I have unlimited, I might as well use it. I really never texted, ntil I got my texting phone. My daugher and I woudl talk on the phone instead, and she will still call me, but most of the time we text probably over 200 texts a gday. It sure does put a strain on the battery though. Mine is a new phone, so I am not worried as it has a lot of life, and let it go until I get the low battery warning. It is ral easy to get accicted to texting. I am glad that I do now, and it makes me feel young again. Take care and happy mylotting.

thats what my next cell is going to be one those texting phones. Mine is so hard to use it takes for ever to text out things. Im getting use to it and faster but still is a pain. I think it will be sometime in the next 3 months i will finally get to have a new cell , it dont happen very often for me cause they are so expensive. Getting use to all this abbreviations the kids use too, its funny when they texting words i have to right back and ask what those letters mean.

Ah ya good point. Even though my cell plan is unlimited calling too, for some people the calling costs against minutes and texting dont.
