Do you really like the design of mylot website? Do you expect any change?

Dear Mylotters,
When I first came here I was very much confused about the design of this site and was searching the discussions which I have responded. I don't know how to start discussions and where to add groups and so on..
Have you people really faced this issue? Why I am asking this is because once I showed my discussion to one of my friend who have heard nothing about myLot. He had seen the discussion and wanted to respond. So he instantly registered and responded to that discussion and got fed up finding his responded discussion. Then he said that this site is like a junk... I was reaching my peak in my 
and shouted at him and told him not to say anything more about this site.
Do really newbies feel this? In my point of view the design is not that much attractive when compared the wonderful stuffs inside...
What changes you expect on myLot? Or are you comfortable with this design?

Yeah...i'm also tired of the bored way,you need to check whether there are some responses every time,that's really inconvenient.and the web design also appears rigid.nothing but discussions,all kinds of discussions,just discussions,i'm fed up with it!Maybe it needs to learn from You Tube,someting can be shared and someting can be participated,and so on.can't MYLOT be more flexible?At least,more convenient to continue discussing.I think a noticeable notice for every response is necessary....Ummm,it seems that i just make some complaints.

It took me a little while to get used the design of this site but I expect it was because I was unfamiliar with it and had to get used to it which I am now, well and truly.
I am not so sure it should be changed; certainly there is room for a couple of little problems here and there to be fixed, the most annoying one for me is not receiving notification of additional comments to my responses but on the whole I agree with Hatley ‘if it isn’t broke, why fix it?’

the most annoying one for me is not receiving notification of additional comments to my responses
If we get additional notifications for that too means... our mail box has to be full in a day or a week only with myLot notifications....

Well I went to respond earlier and mylot went down for maintenance! Lol, So here I am responding again. I am not sure if you came to mylot and registered before or after they changed the design of mylot. When they changed the design, everyone was confused about where to get to their items, but after awhile they all figured it out. I think that it's common for people to get turned off from a site because of the design of it, but they're losing out when it comes to mylot! I like it here, I can spend a few minutes a day making money and then have fun on here as well!

I don't remember how long ago the changes have been made, they make more layout changes in the future, but I don't know when or if they will.

the site is great. i have no problem with the design. i like actually the simplicity. i mean the color background is white which is my favorite color cause it is easy to read the page. i think every website has his design. and so we get to learn get around it to do things and how to get to things. of course, at first i don't know how to start a discussion when they change their layout, but i get to discover it also after some days being here. and there were so many question actually. it seemed to be hard at first but once you get over it you have learned every thing you need to in order to start participating on this site.

I have a husband who had a quick look on here and he could not work out what you had to do to earn money as well as how to reply to discussions.The only thing he do on a pc is go on face book as well as play games.lol.Where as i love it on here as there are lots of discussions as well as lots of my friends that have joined.

I don't have a strong opinion on the design of the site either. I mean, it's okay, I don't hate it or anything. It's just what it is. I have had problems finding where to put discussions though, that's not always easy to find. And some people really get upset if they think your discussion is posted where it doesn't belong and yet, it isn't easy to find the right place to post it. I guess that would be the only negative thing I could really say about myLot. But overall, I think the site works just like it is, so, no worries!

I like the design of Mylot. I hate it when they make drastic changes to it. It is hard to adjust to it and it takes a while to get going with it again. Small changes aren't too bad though. I do expect they will make more changes to it though.

hi phillip__shiny I hope that they dont do any more changes because'every time they do it is for the worst, we then have'to learn all over where everything is and how to handle any new stuff. I
say its not unattractive and it does work so why fix something if
it is not broken. leave it be, speaking words of wisdom let it be,'let it be,let it be, to quote a beatles song. great discussion here.

Hi Phillip,
Yeah it is right mylot is not attractive enough comparted to other site.But i don't care about attractiveness of this site because now in love with this site.If you are in love with someone then attractive is not an important factor.
But still here i want one change in site ;i respond to some discussion the opposite person comment back. That discussion with comment back should appear first in responded section.Most of the time i have to check all my old responded discussion to check chainn comment. It should make easier for different user.

The design is okay simple yet has content. It is much better not to upgrade their page so that it won't be just like other social network sites. If ever they're going to upgrade this site I would be happy if they add "edit previous discussions" or "edit previous response". love to edit my activities especially topics my grammar. I see lot of errors.

Everything looks quite ok to me for the design, as it is quite user friendly. The main issue is only that, it's hard to look back on the previous responded disccussion. I do agree with you on that. Once you forgotten the title of the discussion or even your tags, then it's hard to find it back to response to people. Unless it's the discussion you made it yourselves.

I am a newbie here (just a few days) and for me, the site is okay. Though sometimes I am quite lost on where to go but I my frisd who refer this site is always happy to help. I think for a newbie, if they are not familiar with the site they can ask about it on the forum or to a frind who is also using the site. The content is what matter most. And I find it very comforatble answering discussions as there are limitless of topics to talk about.

I like MyLot the way it is I enjoy it here I do not post much really I only posted a few discussions and only have a few responses so I just decided to see other people discussions and if I like the subject [ and I know about it] then I would post a coment, simple as that. We need to realise that here in MyLot we have a wide range of people who come from different backgrounds and culture and yes every one differ in their oppinion this is the main reason I like MyLot.....so cheer up my friend and happy posting!

Well see I do like the features and design of mylot.But i think there should be some changes like themes in mylot for our discussion pages, responding pages.As well as i think they should also give us the emotions ready here till today i havent found the way to give emotions on mylot, i have tried from everywere but i just failed to give away emotions in my discussions.I think they should try and make mylot a bit more creative, dont you think the same.And i think we all should plan something good and tell mylot admin to do that for us.

I think it is OK for me. Actually, at first I was also a little confused, but I got used to it very soon. Now, I think the design of Mylot is simple and reasonable and I don't think it should do some change so far. But if I have to say one, I hope it would provide more ways for us to earn here.

I did have problems when I first join mylot but after being her longer I am getting use to the design. I know where most of the things are and got use to getting around on the site.

I also have the same confusion before. When I was a newbie here, I am kinda confuse where will I start and proceed at. But during my few days stay here at Mylot, I became familiar in the site's set up. I think, what I've experienced is just so normal where in most new members had been into. But I like the simplicity of Mylot's website. The simpler, the better.
