whats the very first thing you do when you wake up

i wake i smoke a cig and get some coffe then i do 200 sit ups

I take off the covers, walk to the bathroom and urinate. Then I wash my hands, and go turn up the heat. After that I get into the shower and get dressed for the day. Then it's time to wake up the kids and get them getting dressed while I get breakfast on while drinking my morning cup of tea.
