99centptc.com is a scam!

dear all, attention! 99centptc.com is really a scam site. I upgraded when I joined the PTC site, I found it often changed it's rules and click rate,I doubt if it is a scam site. But I have no other choice because I have been a premium mumber. so I clicked for some days. I asked for payment when I accumulated 2.48 dollars. then I start to wait and wait,mean time I didn't click any ads any more avoid wasting my time. the FAQ shows that the payment will be finished in 30 days. I asked for payment on AUG 27,2009. 30 DAYS have passed,but I received nothing from them. so I draw a conclusiong thet 99centptc.com is a real scam. pls don't waste time on the site!!!

well i dont recommend in upgrading at new sites. i recommend some of the genunie sites like neobux or palmbux. You can upgrade at these two sites as they pay well and also the sites are really paying too.
But i recommend upgrading at palmbux rather than at neobux . because you can also make some good amount of money from the referrals than at neobux/
if you have not joined there then i recommend you to join at these two sites as they are legit.
