I am the type of person that I don't call in alot. I like my money and don't like to lose any money. I need Money to survive. Money and making a good impreesion at my job is valuable in today's world. I only call in if i a very sick. I hate calling in. I have called in one time in the hole entire time I have worked for the company. Which in my mind is pretty good concidering most people call in more than that in a year of working for someone.

I work at home now seven days a week and hardly ever have a day off. I used to work outside of the home and hardly ever called in or missed work. I wanted the money and did not want to make things hard on myself or the company.

tuckersheri hi I am the same way in allthe years I worked in the library I can count on one hand the times I called in sick. I worked sick manytimes as I needed all the money I could get as my job was the only'one in the family at that time and it was only part time at that. I have no sympathy for those who overdo that'as a lot of times people had called in sick only to take a day off to go someplace.

I have always worked in positions where I had responsibilities so, if I was out, things didn't get done or someone else had to fill in. For that reason I have never called in sick unless I was seriously ill. I can't rest anyway if I'm worrying about what's not happening at work. Now that my husband and I own our own business we're too busy to call in sick and who would we call anyway?
