Why does it never fail???

First of all, this is not for the "faint of heart", and it a bit of a different conversation... I don't know why this is, but for some unknown reason, every time I use the bathroom by the computer, and I have to go #2, one flush is never enough... If I'm just going #1, it flushes fine. Otherwise, I have to hang around and reflush. I have found this to be very bizzare lately. This rarely happens in our other bathrooms, but seems to always happen when I'm in the bathroom right over there
