Have you ever played "hide and seek" with your children?

It was my favorite when I was a child. And when my babies were toddlers, I had fun with them,too. Thanks for reminding me the memories I hold dear. God bless!

One time when I was a kid, my dad and the entire neighborhood had a game of hide and seek. Well, guess what? Nobody could find dad. We looked everywhere. We all stood under a large tree talking and starting to worry where dear old dad went to. Come to find out, he climbed that tree and was standing on a branch listening to us.How that old man climbed that tree, I'll never know. Today, it seems it's all video games but there is really nothing better than that close family time. Hide and seek is one to remember.

I have gone to a neighborhood park and played hide and seek several times over the course of a summer, this year, my son had foot surgery so no running so we could not do the park that much this summer.

I use to love playing hide and seek. That is probably one of the oldest, most well known games ever. When we were younger and my mom worked at a huge warehouse my brothers and I would go up there some nights with her if she had to finish up some things and we would spend hours playing hide and seek. We also use to play it all the time over the summer with a group of kids in the neighborhood. Thinking about it brings back great memories. Thanks!

yeah i use to be my fav game it still is i play it some times with my sister. love it.

that is the most common game we played in our households. even if they are still infants, we used to play with that. we covered our faces and snappily uncovered it in front of the months-old babies and they would smile and laugh and we enjoyed getting our babies' laughter out of that, didn't we? when they were a little older and started to walk, parents did that, too. i believe children just love that game.

I have played hide and go seek with my kids. My kids play it a lot actually when ever their cousins are over. Actually I hate that they do that because they hide in the closets and things like that and they knock everything down and even break things when they do that. But that seems to be what they like to do with thier cousins. My down stairs is such a way that you can run in and out of rooms and they all intertwine in to one another and you can sneak up on people and play tag or chase or what ever. I have done that with my kids too, but we don't run we just walk really fast.
