I need help finding a title of a movie!

Hey guys can you help me!!? Im looking for the title of a film I wanted to watch but can't think what it is called and now its really annoying me!
I dont remember much of it but from what I can these 2 women are in a futuristic garden and the grass is made of real blades so they can't go on them and have to jump around to get across into a building. One of the women is black and has hands for feet. There are these floating blimp things and she has to get up there and there is this man in there who can see the future i think. I also think there little metl balls that she uses to get inside a building and they explode.
I think they are in a dome thing and cant leave because the wilderness is too dangerous.
I think it would be a fantasy/sci-fi/action movie.

You're very welcome. If I've seen it, I usually remember it. When you described the scene I knew it automatically, put it with the actress who played the part and the rest is history. I remember weird things, even movies I've never seen. LOL

Sorry I wish I could help you but that does not seem familiar to me at all. I can't think of a single movie like that, I am sure that it would be Sci fi though. Do you remember any of the character names or the actresses in the film, you might be able to look it up that way to figure out what it is. Best of luck to you, I hope you find your answers.
