Brain, heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, eyes and many more are all part of the human organs. they perform very important functions to keep you body works at its best. Any sign of problem would surely make the person panic. In your own opinion, what would be the most important body organ in our human body? how will you react if the doctor says it had a problem?

well in general all body part is important you cannot live without it,but the most important from all is BRAIN.we cannot function without is it the main organ it transmit information,we think,we move because messages was signal through the use of brain.all neurons function and transmitted by way of brain to all body part by axon and transmitting neuron fibers.have a good day.

In my opinion it is the heart. Without a strong beating heart the rest of the body organs are doomed to failure.

I agree with everyone else that the brain is the most important part of the human body. Without the brain your body won't know how to function. The brain tells everything what to do. I have heard of a case where they took out part of the brain and the rest of the brain had to take over and re-learn what the other part of the brain did. I believe this was in a child. I think this was a very rare case though. If the doctor told me that something was wrong with one of my organs I would research what could be done and then go from there. Best wishes!

Hi, in my opinion, brain is definitly the most important part for human. Wwithout brain, there would not have intelligence. Then people wouldnot be able to learn all kinds of knowledge, then the hunman development will be stoped.

In my opinion, all are important. That is not complete if we don't have one of my body parts. All body will pain if one parts injury. Isn't it?

according to me both heart and brain are the most important parts of body... because heart makes your blood pump through which you're alive and brain makes you think and it lets you react to every action !

I think every part of body is the same important. Because if we lack one of these, we will die. Brain help us can think deep and future ideas and can explain everything around us. Heart can pump blood through body and help every part of body can active fluently. Lungs help us can breathe.

For me all parts of my body are important. People say that the appendix is not of any use. However I would still like to keep it. What if it has some use which no one has been able to find out yet. If doctor had to say that a part of my body has some problem then it would be bad for me no matter which part of my body it is.

Almost all of them are answering the brain and the heart but I'm not. I want to be unique The skin is the most important because it helps to protect all the internal organs that you consider vital. Imagine a man with no skin...Ouch!

...Interesting question Fulltank, and kind of hard to answer, only because all of our organs are thought to be important except I think, our spleen. I don't know what it does, but I have heard it would not make a difference in body function, if we lost it. If our heart goes, we go, if our brain goes, we may live I guess, but for what? Our stomach is necessary, our lungs are certainly needed for breathing purposes. The liver and kidneys are very much needed. What would you do without your eyes? So looking at all the necessary organs needed to be a full functioning human being, it's very hard to say one organ is more important than another. The body is an amazing connection of coordinated parts. Very much a miracle in itself, made in the image of the greatest one to exist, ever. Take care.

Hi there fulltank... happy mylotting...for a human to be normal...to function as other humans...you need everything that you have mentioned....we become a true human only when we are true and kind hearted... so 'mind'(that is heart) matters...a heart that cares for his fellow men is the most important of all...

From those that you mentioned only the brain is not replaceable, thus it is the most important. Never heard the idea of a brain transplant, if ever there will be in the future, I don't know what will be the implications, one might be a different person. If the doctor diagnosed that I have a problem with one of my organs, I will definitely find ways to have it cured rather than wait for things to get worse. have fun.

I think that a problem with my brain would scare me the most. I am sure that other health problems can be very painful and hard to deal with, and there have been heart and lungs problems in my family in the past, but in those situations the doctors will often be able to do something to help, that is not always the case with a brain problem. Dementia runs in my family, and that is something that I have always been afraid of. I would also be very scared if I found out that I had a brain tumor of something like that. If the illness is somewhere else in the body I would be able to use my brain to cope with the situation, but if the problem is the brain it itself, it is more complicated and I would be afraid of losing the things that I have learned, losing my memory, changing my personality etc.

Hi Fulltank Surely each part is very important but if you want me to pic one of them then i will have to pic the heart, it is the driving engine of the body and telling something is wrong with it is something like telling their is a internal problem with the engine in your car, eventually though that engine can also be replaced with a compatible one, but still the heart concerns me most... have a nice day Fulltank.
