Disoriented

Has anyone ever taken a nap in the afternoon and woke up around 6 o'clock p.m. thinking that its the morning and your late for work or school? I haven't done this but a friend of mine has. It was kind of funny watching her rush to get ready for school. She thought she was running late. I had to tell her that it was 6 o'clock at night, not 6' oclock in the morning.

I don't know how to explain this. sometimes i put facial cleanser on toothbrush. Does that count on one? maybe some nerve just too nervous to remind us need some rest.

It sounds like you are very tired when you wake up. That will make someone disoriented. Try to get more sleep at night to try and avoid this from happening again in the future. Good luck.

If you can, maybe you should record these shows you enjoy and watch them during the day. Its not good to lose too much sleep.

Oh my, I hope this doesn't happen too often for you. I'm sure your heart starts racing until you realize what the time really is. I guess we have to be careful when we take naps during the day.

You feel hurry when you wake up but at the same time you feel so good when you know you're mistake that in some cases you sleep once again.

Not for a very long time but when I was back in college, I was trying to go to school full time and work two jobs, I was exhausted most of the time and I had to try to grab sleep when ever I could. One day I layed down to study and I didn't wake up for several hours. I was extremely confused but it appeared that my body really needed that sleep.

Wow, that was a very hard thing to do. I go to college full-time but I don't have a job. I problably would've done the same thing. When your body needs sleep, it will stop at nothing to get it. It sounds like you were pretty run down. That can make anyone confused.

Hi, jenlex I have woken up late one Saturday morning, looked at the clock, stood up and ran to the bathroom. I thought it was a weekday and I was late for work. It's really funny but kind of scary too, huh? When I realized that I made a mistake, I felt all my energy was drained from me and I just sat down feeling disoriented. Have a nice day!

Hi jenlex: It usually happended to me when i was 16 years old and i slept after school. i woke up at 6 o'clock feeling that it was the next day, that's so strange but fortunetly in my case, nobody has never notice this confusion.
