I struggle with the problem of pimples. I have used a face cream to get rid of them, but it doesn't give a good result. Somebody told me to avoid oil. So, I stopped having chips. It is really sad for me not to have potato chips, my favorite snack. Can you help me with some tips?

Have you tried Proactiv or Acne Clear? This may help your skin. You can also contact an reliable and trusted Dermatologist that can prescribe you some medication or an effective cream/solution for your pimples. I hope that you can get the right treatment for your pimples. I know that having pimples and getting rid of them are very aggravating. Take care.

I used to have really bad acne and red spots on my face. I tried everything from the proactive to all different kinds of facial cleansers. None of them worked. When I started dieting by eating all organic foods the acne went away in about 1-2 months.

If you want to get rid of acne and pimples try an organic diet. DAIRY products are closely linked to acne, also meat as well. Try avoiding those but especially dairy.

Hi daliaj, Use 'Dhathri' dear, it is very good for pimples and won’t take much time, just apply for five minutes. If there is much problem then you have to take medicine. It depends on the problem because sometimes it causes due to stomach problem in that case you should take medicine. Better consult an ayurvedic doctor to cure the problem completely. Please try to find out the real problem behind the pimples, there must be lot of reasons for pimples. Drink enough water first thing in morning.

I already started drinking a lot of water. I need to work on it because I am going back to my husban's place in December. I have a couple of months left. I am planning to give him a suprise by reducing my weight and leaving the pimples away. I will try Dhatri - you mean Dhatri fairness cream. Right? Thanks for the response.

I think it has something to do with fibers and veggies. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink your 8 hours regularly. Follow this regime, exercise 2-3 times per week, and you'll see some changes to your hormones like in terms of your pimples and all. They would dry up fast. It works for me. And use a gentle and mild cleanser to wash all the impurities from your face day and night. So that makes it twice per day. Good luck, daliaj..

I think lemon juice works. Long back i had this problem and i used to rub in lemon rind and it would disappear. I never tried to squeeze it lest it leave scars. My skin is perfect

pimples can occur because of toxins in blood. avoid spicy and oily foods and drink plenty of water regularly. also make sure that your bowl movements are regular. if you cannot avoid oily or spicy foods then make sure you drink as much water as you comfortably can as it flushes toxins from your body. and also keep your skin clean because blocked sweat glands can also cause pimples.

I will have to agree, totally with sunny68. I also here that maybe going a fruit fast for a couple of days will also help you to detox, cleansing and purifying the blood.

As a teen I tried every single over the counter remedy on the market for zits. Nothing worked. I guess I outgrew them in time. 2 of my daughters had them severely. we tried pro-active and newer and supposedly improved products....nothing worked. We tried home remedies and diets. I suggest you go visit a dermatologist. I did not check your profile to see how old you are. I can assure you that it all began to get better in the late teens and early 20's on its own.

You have to keep cleaning the face. Do not be lazy to wash the face after the move or before bed. Acne usually appears when the skin pores out the sweat and the dirt from the dust hampered. So basically kept guard hygiene. I also had acne but after diligent clean my face all back again as before, acne is gone... Hope you success.

For some reason, pimples is a part of growing up. it shows that a person already becoming teenager. I was also frustrated when i had pimples. Obviously it really not nice to see and it degrades your physical appearance. There are many medicines that people are using to remove them. These pimple remover medicines for me is not the solution. They just temporarily make you pimple disappear and if you will stop using it, pimples will come back again. What i did when i had these, i just wash my face with a bathing soap that constains no strong ingredients. I rub the soap on my hand thoroughly until it will become sticky like a melted icecream and i wipe it to my face. i don't even try to pierce my pimples to avoid infection or leave aho on it. That's how i did it and it went away. Good day

Especially during stressful times as this makes your acne condition flare up. Try to clean your pores at least twice a day with an anti-bacterial face wash. This prevents pimples.rink several glasses of water a day to flush out the toxins in your body and skin.Exercise reduces stress and increases oxygen to the skin, which may help reduce acne. for more details see http://www.bukisa.com/articles/196199_acne-pimples-cure-rememdy-and-prevention-tips

First things first - you have to stop eating things with grease in them and clean your face properly. I have a friend, he's past 50 years old now, who had this problem as a teenager and his face still bears the marks. Try Clearasil and wash regularily and if necessary go see your doctor.

Diet has very little impact on pimples, it is more down to hormones and hygiene! keep your skin cleansed but also moisturise, with a n oil-free moisturiser because if you let the skin get too dry it produces more oil = more pimples. I find tea tree oil is very good, it is natural but has antiseptic qualities. Good luck.

Aah, pimples. I am 47 now and I still get pimples. I thought I would escape them after passing the puberty stage. Diet has a lot to do with it. Abstain from eating excessively fatty things like your chips, fried foods and the like. In my case, it's the chocolate which is giving me pimples. I also use Clearasil medicated cream. Making sure your face is clean all the time is another way to clear pimples or reduce the possibility of break outs. Don't touch or burst that pimple no matter how much you want to. It will just get worse.

Drink lots of water. Of course avoid oil, I have cut out on fried foods and that seems to help me. Chips, I say you can have every so often, but keep in mind they also contain oil as well. Proactiv has the 3 part system, Cleanser, Toner and Lotion and in the beginning when I did what I was suppose to do it worked beautifully, well now I only use the cleanser, that's just me being lazy, and it still works but not as good when combined with the other two.

Acne(Pimples) is the main problem facing by the teenagers and youth. Here are some of the tips from avoiding pimples One thing you have to know that acne is not caused by dirt,so no amount of cleaning and toning is going to get rid of them. For treating acne you must consult doctor and eat healthy foods and drink lots of water. That is the natural way to keep you face spot free. Foundation is okay to use,but remember to look for oil free one. What ever you use to put on your skin, wash your hands or sponge before applying foundation.
