personally i feel that many times,sitting for many hours i had many complaints and discomfort.most of time i got leg cramps to i get up again or massage my leg.it makes tired too to some point fell asleep one time in my bed forgot...

whitf0rd Don't sit too close, that is a common mistake I make. I actually think that has been proven to cause headaches and make you quite dizzy and tired.
