It happened to me last Thursday. Actually last Wednesday we are very busy re arranging and cleaning our Warehouse because on the following day the annual inventory count will be happening.Thursday came I really like to make the day over because I was sleepy and so tired. I want to rest that time but I have no choice the inventory is still going on. The inventory went out successful and I was hurried going to home but I still have to do some report before going home for tomorrows production. So eventhough I was tired I still done my job, but I was crying while doing it because I was so tired and weak.

I have days like that. They usually are days that go badly and everything that happens is wrong. I can't wait for the day to end.

During the first 3 months of 2007, almost everyday, I wished that each day was over because my job entailed me to be so far away from my friends and family. I really felt depressed during that time because I thought that the relocation was permanent and I can't do anything about it since I have signed a contract that bounds me to the company for 3 years so i just can't quit my job which in turn made me feel so helpless because I can't do anything about the situation. It was a good thing that the relocation was not permanent and now I preferred where the job has assigned me and I am very happy now. :)

Hi Jugs,
Ahh yes, I have had those days as well. Generally they happen when my dad is around. It isn't his fault because he doesn't do anything bad, and it is his house so I can't begrudge him his time here. But when he is at work I have this nice little schedule I follow which keeps my days active and semi-productive. A lot of this involves being in the living room downstairs. Well when my dad is off I see the living room as his space because the house is his, and so I don't like using it. Well this means that the vast amount of my schedule and daily routine are rendered void because I can't do them, and so occasionally I get into such a depressive mess battling my lethargy and my natural inclination to be downstairs, that I just end up existing through the day till 9 when I will go to sleep, relieved to be away from life. Either that or I spend the afternoon sleeping for the same reason, to get me to the end quicker as being awake just upsets me.
Luckily it doesn't happen too often though, but it is one of the main reasons I want to get my own place sometime in the future as those feelings are completely vile
.
I wish you all the best,
Dranz

Dear gods yes. Lately that has been kind of a recurring theme at work. I get off at 5:30 and the last couple of weeks I've started wishing the day was over somewhere around 3. It's partially due to boredom but also partly due to the fact that I'm kind of burnt out on my job so I don't really want to be there anyway

Yes, sometimes I also have one of those days you mentioned. I usually have these kind of days when I am not feeling well. Sometimes, when I also have a problem, I just want to go home and sleep even when I am not tired. It's because I just want to forget my problems even for just a day. There are also times I wish the day to end when I am super stressed out. Actually, I just had this kind of day last week.

No I have not ever wish the day would be over. The days go by so fast as it is I will be on the internet and then when I look at the clock it will be an hour later. I wonder were the time has gone. Just like now I got on my computer at 7 pm and now it is almost 11pm. I have been on almost 4 hours now.

Yes I can relate to that! But more often I wish the night was over...lol...
I am pretty nocturnal, I suffer from insomnia quite badly and part of the reason I started doing mylot is that I thought, all that time I lay in bed feeling more and more awake, I can at least earn a little money if I spend a couple of hours on here!
But I know what you mean, some days are just like that! I hope tomorrow is a great day for you!

Everyday when I started to work, I sometimes wish the day is over because sometimes I feel sleepy and tired working. Sometimes also I wish the week will end.

hello yeah there are times that I hope that time went faster, but I know it is impossible and I know very well from my heart that I would regret waisting time thinking about that.
Now I cherish most of my time, try my best to creat something every minute... when I am free and nothing else to do, I would login mylot and write something.

For me, yesterday was like that. Just a really long, hard day. I am hoping today doesn't turn out like that too.

There are days, when I actually do wish my day was over. It doesn't happen all the time, but it still happens. However, on the other hand, there are also days when I wished the day wouldn't end. I don't feel like this every day. I only feel like this once in a while.

There are and I usually just go take a warm shower, do my teeth and face, take my vitamins and meds and try to go to sleep. And the day doesn't end there usually cause normally I can't get to sleep until about 3 or 4a. even if I take my meds (that are supposed to make me sleepy) by 10 or 11p. Frustrating.

jugsjugs,
Unlike you, I just wish I have more than 24 hours in my day. I'm a full time stay at home mother. My life revolves basically around my two year old boy. After he goes to sleep only can I go online and do my personal stuffs. I wish I have more than 24 hours because at the moment, I only have roughly two hours to my own before it got very late and I really need to go to sleep.
