I have often been disappointed when things didn't go the way that I planned or wished, but I think that I have become better at accepting the situation and I have learned to find the positive things about a "bad" situation. I had found my dream education, and I enjoyed my studies very much, but I had to give up my education when I got ill. I tried to continue even though it was hard, but eventually I had to give up. It made me very sad and disappointed, but I have a good life today. It is not the life that I planned, but it is still a good life. It has been a help for me to set new goals, when things don't go the way that I planned. I try to adjust to the situation and I try to find the good and challenging things about the new situation instead of being sad that I didn't get what I wanted.

What kind of dissappointment you got?.Family, business, love, friendship or finance. You must focus the root cause of your dissappointment then you will find the solutions.

Well it's important to know that disappointment is a normal part of life. Usually, I learn to NOT get too excited about something and come to expect anything because that just means a big let down in the end. I think the biggest and easiest way to get over it is to learn to let go and not expect so much. Life isn't always going to go how you want it to.
