Hi all,Fruits are very important in our diet. i have fruits daily after my meals and dinner. Having fruits in your daily diet keep us healthy and fit. How many of you people have fruits daily.

I see to it that all my family members eat at least one fruit or drink one cup of fruit juice every day. It is a must for all of us. I even cut fruit and send the pieces with my daughter so that she can even eat them with small fork during her interval.

Hi Aunty, Thanks for your response, Good aunty you make all you mamily members to have fruits daily or a fruit juice. Even when i was going to work my grandma use to cut the fruits and give it to me i was also having them during intervals. Have a great day

I agree with you, and i try to remind myself to have some fruits before or after meals, it may be apple, banana, orange, pea, pear, or juice for an alternative. fruits are good supply for regular diet, and it has many choice for you to select, it is not expensive but really useful to health, especially for women who want to get more beautiful, :)

in our home, deepasubramani, we just eat banana and mangoes after eating. There are times also that we eat Watermelon [eat water haha]. Sometimes Avocado and all tasty fruits. Apples are great too but not sure we eat that daily [out of stock]. Yes indeed fruits in your diet makes and keeps us healthy. :) happy mylotting!

Hi uchihaseymour, Thanks for your response. Even we eat fruits after lunch and dinner everyday. bananna and apple is the common every day we have and also we have this seasonal fruits when its available. Have fruits is very food for health. have a great day

Everytime i use to give fruits to my kids, i am very about that to eat fruits. i have a mood to eat, then i will eat. otherwise just i eat junk foods. thankyou, have a nice day.

I agree that fruits are very importat in our daily diets. They provide natural sugars and acids that you cannot find in any other food groups. I try everyday to eat least a few pieces of fruit. Of course, this is not always practical when everyone now a days is always on the run, but I won't let a few days go by and not have a piece of fruit.

I also believe that fruits keep us healthy and it is best to be eaten actually half an hour before meal or with empty stomach. But sad to say, due to my busy schedule (I don't have much time to go to grocery stores) I could not eat fruits everyday. I often eat out and most of the time they don't have fruits for sell.

Hi Deepa Even we have fruits after lunch and dinner. it is a must for us without which our meals do not complete. Even i can skip my meals but not my favourite fruit. We eat plenty of fruits of all varieties and all seasonal fruits. Mango is my all time favourite fruit.

Hello deepa I agree it is good to eat fruits daily, i don't have any garden or fruit trees, the fruits we buy in market have a deep layer of fungicides, insecticides, the sellers use poisonous chemicals to ripen the bananas, mangoes.. hence i left eating fruits.. Fruits should be in our daily diet inorder to have a Balance Diet. But there are certain rules that must be followed inorder to eat them.As far as possible, We sould eat fruits with its skin which has high vitamins and nutrients.Scientist suggest to eat fruits 1 hr before or 2 hrs after taking food inorder for those nutrients to be obsorbed by the body.so eat healthy and wisely and lead a healthy life.
