I friends,Having oats daily for breakfast helps to reduce the weight. Its very healthy and nutritious food. Its rich in protein. I like oats i first boil the milk add sugar and honey add oats. DO you like to have oats. if you so wat it the receipe that you prepare

Hi Deepa Oats are a rich source of vitamins and now a days several people started taking oats as their health drink and food suppliment. In my family, my three sisters and brother in laws will take oats daily. Especially, the sugar patients are taking it daily as it provides nutrients. it is good that you are also taking oats and not to mention, I am also taking oats porridge in the morning

Hi aunty, Thanks for your response. Yes aunty its rich in vitamins. In my home we regualarly have oats. My grandma and grandpa both are diabetic patients so i prefer to give oats along with curds. I usually have oats in the morning for breakfast. Have a great day.

oat meal is one of my favorite diet, i always have rolled oats before my workout in the morning together with my protein shake, the good thing about oat is they are low glycemic so they give you time release energy without giving you fat..

I make oats porridge at least three days a week. I boil water, put oats, stir periodically as it otherwise overflows, then add milk. I will not add sugar as I am a diabetic. I like this a lot and I feel it is light for the stomach. But it will not stay long in the stomach, further my husband does not like it now, I do not know why. Hence I have to make some tiffin in the morning. Why two things, hence regularly I will not make.

Hi Aunty, Thanks for your response, Good to hear from you that even you also have oats weekly thrice. Aunty if are a diabetic you can have the oats along with curds. To the boiling water add oats and stir it periodically add little salt. Once this is chilled Mix curds to it and have. This will be good. I prepare and give the same to granparents. In the beginning they use to never like but after docter said they will have it. Have a great day.

Hi, deepasubramani. I really do love oatmeal. It really helps in reducing weight. I plan to eat more of this when it gets very cold. My grandmother loves it. She adds garlic powder to her oatmeal, it smells so good too.

hi deepa, yeah oats meals gets energy, and also reduce the weight. everybody can took that. but, look very sticky when we boin into milk. somebody don't like that. my daughter use to eat that. thankyou, have a nice day.

hai friend you informed that you prepare your oatmeal with sugar and milk. dont you think that milk and sugar will spoil your very purpose of taking oatmeal.is there any alternate way to prepare oatmeal

Hi senkbithu, Thanks for your response. Other alternatives that you can do in oatmeals is boil the water and put oat meals in that and cook for 5 mts allow it to cool down. Once it is cold put little salt and put curds and you can have. Sometimes i also prepare upma with that and also dosa with oat meals. Have a great day.

Hello last month i was in Bangalore, my nephews wife gave me a cup of oatmeal boiled in milk, but it was so sticky, i really could not eat, for controlling my weight i prefer breathing exercises of Ramdevji... Thanks for sharing. Welcome always. Cheers. Professor

i also like oatmeal. it really helps me reduce weight. i eat oatmeal pancake for breakfast. i also eat oatmeal during dinner. it helps me more if i eat it for dinner. i like it with cocoa. i also put instant soup mix to it like cream of mushroom or chicken soup to make it savory.
