PTC sites

I would like to know what you look for when you sign up for a PTC site. I am the admin for four sites now and I am having trouble getting new members. On two of the sites I have over 100 members, but I haven't had any income so it is not possible to payout. On two of the sites I have few members. I try to tell people that I need advertising or I can't pay, but that does no good. Do you have any suggestions on how to clear that up? How do you get people to advertise? Thanks in advance for your help.

Ive stopped using them as i dont think they are a valid way of making money beside i found a site which is even better! I use a site called lockerz which gives you points for being active, you can then buy xbox 360s, ps3s, etc etc its brill if i dont want the item i have bought with my points i just sell it on ebay its a great money maker!! if youd like an invite just message me!
