Has Anyone Noticed Anything Strange That Has Happened Here Lately?

I was reading through the responses and I was about to say the same thing! You beat me to it!

Not exactly Ambie! I just felt very bad that no one noticed that I have been missing for almost 12 days! My computer was murdered! In all the 459 emails I had waiting for me not one of my "friends" seemed to notice my abscence! I was feeling really bad~

Well sure, I knew you weren't here. But I thought you might be like Pye and some of the other mylotters. They have things on the side that keep them off of mylot for a while. And since you don't post discussions that much, I guess I just didn't think it was weird not to see you on here. But, and you can't see this, I just slapped my wrist. Seriously, I just slapped my wrist for not letting you know we missed you. No lie, my wrist has been slapped. I hope you know we love you.

Oh {{Opal darlin}}, if I was on here more often than I am of late I would "hope" that I'd notice your absence...Sorrrryyyy!! My Bad!! Sorry about your puter too, did you kick those moron's??? LOL!! Sounds like its working way better now though (G)!!! I had a busy week of doctor appointments and first one thing then another of late, so much to do out at the farm and at my place with the flowers and pets before the snow flies.. Welcome back!! Hey drannhh! It was just me having some hurt feelings! I was missing for over a week and it seemed that no one even noticed! I am here every day no matter what and the one time I knew I was going to be away I announced it! This was unavoidable because my computer was "murdered"! (See other responses)

Well thank you Cats! You probably are the only person that even noticed that I WAS missing! My computer was "murdered" by the morons who moved it to put down my new kitchen floor and give me a new refrigerator! Don't ask! My friend who is my "computer guy" finally got it fixed and brought it back to me today! It is running better than ever! It is faster too! He gave it a "new brain" (extra memory) and did it all for free! I can't tell you how awful it was to be without it for so long!

Hey spalladino how are you these days, I haven't been on here much, it is glad to see everyone still here. I had to get my computer guy ouit to, my computer even works faster.

Hugs right back atcha, Opal! It sounds like you have a GREAT computer guy! That remote access program he installed will come in real handy if you have any more problems...at least not the blowing up kind. I'm sure you have good anti-virus protection, too, so I won't even ask. I never second guess the computer guy.

Hey spalladino! Great to see ya too! I am just so happy that my "computer guy" finally came through for me! I had to do alot of begging, but he finally came and got the CPU and gave it a complete overhaul and now it's working better and faster then ever! I was just talking to him online! He has a gadget installed in my computer that he can get into my computer whenever he needs to from his computer, but this last fiasco need him to take the whole "guts" apart and change some blown out parts! He was really great and didn't charge me a thing because he knows my situation! I am so happy to have my computer back! I may be on it all night! Great to see you on here to! Hope all is well! Wow, it’s a great fortunate to be your good friend Opal! So your good friends should feel pleasant to have such hospitable and considerate friend like you! Yeah, caring thing like that is so characteristic of you! I hope I’m one of them in your friends list as well! Some of my friends usually would start a discussion to inform their friends, the reason they stay away from mylot site for some time. A couple of them even did try to get on the internet in the cyber café or net bar, yeah just for posting a discussion to tell their friends here that they couldn’t access network service as usual

Hi lkbooi! I notice when my friends go missing! I'm here every day even if it's just for a few hours! The people that are my friends here are important to me so I am aware if someone is missing! I know that people have other things to do, but sometimes you know when someone who is usually here all the time suddenly isn't it is kind of strange!

Hi dawnald! Actually, I don't know why we're not on each other's friends lists. We certainly travel in the "same" circles! I'm sending you a friends request because I see some of your discussions now and then and I usually miss most them because I respond from emails. Hope you will accept so that I can start responding! Hey bunny! At least you had a feeling that if I wasn't responding to your discussions then something had to be wrong! Yup! It was the murder of my computer! But, it's baaaaack and so am I! I am so happy to be able to be here again! Lots of other bad stuff is happening, but at least I can be on the Lot again!

Hey Kathy! Great to see ya! My computer was actually murdered! You can read some of my other posts! And I am having some very serious issues with Disability! They want me to pay $447 a month for Medicaid! And I can't see my regular docs because they don't take straight Medicaid and I can't afford $447 a month! I am fighting all the way to Albany!

I don't understand this! I don't know why you have to pay $447 for Medicaid! This is ridiculous! It doesn't cost me anything and I hope it never does. Reckon this is President Obama's fault? I don't keep up with the news that much, I hate to say, but I know he's doing something about health care in this country that nobody likes. I hope I didn't cause any hurt feelings if you happen to like him. That's just one of the things I happen to know about him. The thing I don't like about Medicaid here in Alabama is that it won't pay for a podiatrist. It also won't pay for a chiropractor. It will pay for dental for children to age 21 but it won't pay for adult dental. This really worries me because I'm needing some major dental work done and I don't know how in the world I'm going to be able to afford it. I'm not snaggle toothed or anything but I do need a couple of bridges. I'm possibly going to need a root canal on an upper left tooth that's been giving me a lot of problems one of these days. It's all going to be very expensive! Oh yes, I also have a crown that comes loose whenever I floss. We have a Hope Clinic here in Jasper and they are fixing to move from their present location to a larger building in town. They're going to expand their services, which means they are going to include chiropractic and dental. I'm going to see if I qualify as a patient. They mainly see people who are uninsured and I'm wondering if they will still see me since I have Medicaid. I hope you can get your problems straightened out and please know I will be praying for you. Hugs!!! Kathy.
