I feel more awake at night for some reason,it seems i am more alert at night time.I get up in the morning do all the boring chores in the house, but even at night i seem to be more energetic. When i go to bed if it is at midnight then i am still not tired and can not sleep. Are you like that?

Before when I have no regular job or everytime I ended with no job I do sleep late at night, or sometimes I am a night person. I like to do stuffs during quiet times. I find peace and happiness while I was the only one awake. But it ended when I got a regular job. I became a day person of course I have to discipline myself to sleep early to wake up early. I can only do night stuff during Saturday night.

I am a night person. It is quiet and I can concentrate and get alot of my work online done. I am not very energetic so I don't get tired. If I would get in the habit of going for a walk in the afternoon I think I would get tired at a more reasonable time.

I seem to be tired more during the day, but not tired when it is time for bed. I think more of that is just unwinding from the day. I enjoy the peace and quiet after everyone goes to bed.

I'm in the same boat as you. I get up do all the things I need to do beside watch my precious granddaughter. When it comes to night time I find it extremely hard to sleep. My mind can't seem to shutdown. This happens at least 3 times a week. Last night I had a good night of sleep and woke up before 9. The night before I was still up at 5:30am because I couldn't sleep. I had went to bed at 1am but was still awake at 5:30. Isn't that crazy. I never had a problem sleeping now in my fifties its just horrible for me.

Well some people like to work at night more then day time. I try and stay awake so I can enjoy more time of day or awake, specially if I am off. :)

hi jugsjugs love that user name. anyway yes I am a night person. which is so hard living here in this retirement center where we are awoke at 6 am. for breakfast at 7 am. I always before I came here did not get up til about 8 and ate at9 and never went to bed before midnight or one in the morning. I am so alert in the evenings and can mylot so much better than, now I feel only partly awake. I cannot get to sleep easily even at midnight.I seem wired I guess. well I am just a night person.

Without doubt I am a night person. I have never liked to have to get up early in the morning and avoid it if it is at all possible. In the night and evening I feel like my mind is a lot more alert. I am able to do things better and I think a lot more clearly. I became even more of a night person five years ago when I started working third shift at a hospital. In a situation like that you don't have any choice but to become a night person if you aren't already one.
