i am really shocked that you pay such big amount on your phone bills, i only make 5-6 calls in a month with prepaid connection, i think the total bill that came from this calls is nearly RS 5-6(nearly upto 0.12$ or 0.13 $). & belive me it is really true.

I have a postpaid line for my mobile phone. I'm paying 1,200 pesos which is around 25$ approximately every month. That includes phone calls, text messages and internet usage.

I have a postpaid plan and I pay P1,200-1,600 ($25-$35) every month for my bill. I'm not sure if it's my monthly usage or the previous balance that I haven't paid because of my financial problem but I try to lessen my calls and texts to those important ones only. Maybe my "real" bill is only about P800-1,000 ($15-$20). I will settle my overdue balance of P900 and start a clean slate with my bill.

My phone bill is $89.99 a month. I am paying $10 a month for the internet which is included in the prcie of the monthly fee. I have unlimite texting which comes with my plan, 900 anytime minutes which I never go over. I have that many minutes as it is the way I keep in touch with my family. It is the only phone I hve, so I wanted to make sure I had enough minutes and not go over. I don't, but I do use half of them. I am glad I don't go over as it costs $0.40 a minuter, which is quite high, and you know, even when I had less minuts than that, I never went over. I am usually pretty careful about it, as I can't afford more than what I am paying now. Take care, and happy mylotting.

I use prepaid service, and I usually manage to limit my phone bill around $10 per month. I use 2 kind of services, GSM and CDMA. Using CDMa is much cheaper cause it charged me like regular fixed line phone, but unfortunately the signal is not as good as GSM. I still keeeping my GSM since I have my number since 8 years ago, and people usually contact me through that number.

Luckily, I don't have to pay for my cell phone bill anymore. I work for a company that provides me with a phone and service plan which is helpful. The bad part is that they can contact whenever they want now!!! When I was still paying for my bill, it was about $50/month. I had unlimited night and weekend minutes, unlimited text messaging, and free mobile to mobile calls.

I am one too, who takes a dislike to talking on the phone! Especially cell phone. I use it only when absolutely necessary. I pay $40 per month and that gives me only 100 minutes per day, evenings and weekends unlimited. I don't text. To send they are $0.15 each more to send or incoming is free. I thought my cost was modest until I seen yours. I can get on a different plan that is $20 per month and am thinking about it. I rarely have any overages as it is.

Good morning...when I got my first Mobile phone, I signed up for a three-year contract with the provider! It was approx; $38.00 per month! Now that I have fulfilled my contract obligations, I own the phone outright...and I use Pay 'n talk! Pay 'n talk that I opted for is $100.00....good for one year, with 250 long distance minutes, 500 local minutes! It now costs me $8.33 per month! In the 3 years of my contract, I did not use up that many minutes! My phone is for absolutely necessary calls...and that's it! My contract is considered "grandfathered"..so with that, I get all the bells & whistles, like Call Display, Call Waiting, Conference calling, and Voice mail! Cheers!
