Editing mylot profile page

I have added banners on my page from my best paying click sites. But they are sitting on the bottom of the page. I have gone into edit mode and tried to click and drag them to the top of the page but it doesn't work. Can anyone tell me how to re-arrange my profile page? I know its possible as I have seen it on friends profile pages.

How do you add banners and does it cost anything?

I am sorry I wish I knew. I can't even figure out how to put adds on mine. I hope you get the answers you are looking for. I will be checking back to see what people say because I am curious myself. Best of luck to you.
