how to??

How do I get the smiley faces back, I no longer have an icon for that on this page? But I notice others are still using them?

They should appear under 'myLot code' to the left when you type responses. If you can't see them there try logging out and log back in again.

Oh I am so pleased that was all that was needed because I took a wild guess I know that is the problem when users ae unable to access them after reaching 200 and I just hoped it was your case too Good to see you have them back again!

You have a smiley heart. So need not to have an icon for that.

I have not had this problem but a few other people apparently have. Have you tried logging out then back in? There is no "my lot code" at the left side of your screen? You may just have to be patient, there might be something wrong in the system.

Mine disappear from time to time, but are usually back within a day or so. I figure it's due to a temporary glitch. Sometimes, it works to hit the "reload" icon in your browser tool bar. Karen

You mean you do not have a bar that says MyLot Code anymore? Do you know when it disappeared? I would think maybe letting MyLot know would be the key.
