Do you get catalogues?

I get two or three catalogues and shop from them. I am doing more and more shopping for clothing, toiletries and some make up. Do you? Are you finding yourself shopping online more and more? Or, do you still enjoy going to the mall and department stores? Do give me your thoughts.

My husband and I get Sheplers, Limoges, and Rod's Catalogs. We also Get Shoes for Crews. These we get in the mail, as well as Sheplers and Rods in our emails. Well I don't know if he gets rods but I do. In any case, we do shopping online as well as at stores. We hate crowded places, so we don't go to big counties to shop.

Some crowds can be just plain nasty around the holiday season. It's not that I blame them, it's a stressful time of year, but I just hate going places where I know it's going to be stressful. I've been known to get aggravated and take it out on an employee, but with my husband being a cart pusher, I definitely won't be. In fact, most likely when we go shopping, I'll be getting a buggy from a corral and bringing it in to shop... Heck, I'd have everyone I'm going with get one as well!

OMG, I am probably on every mailing list in the country! My poor mail carrier is going to get a hernia soon.
I really do love shopping in the stores but since we moved to this crappy town we have few good stores to shop in. Just a Kmart and 4 Walmarts. So I do a lot of shopping from catalogues and online stores (if they are websites I trust.)
Sometimes I wish I could fly back to Colorado Springs or California for a few days just to go on a big shopping spree. But until airlines start giving away tickets free I don't see that happening anytime soon. LOL

The poor mail carrier! You have four Walmarts in your area. My daughter would be in Heaven. I hear ya on the tickets. They have gone up big time. I should have traveled last year. Can't afford to now. Not flying anyway. Hope that the trains and buses don't go up to badly.

Hey celtic! I shop online more than I ever thought I would! And it
isn't from catalogs either! I go online to the stores sites and
look at what they have and see what kinds of sales they are having.
I had sworn that I would never buy clothing or shoes online! But,
I have been to every store in my area looking for a pair of navy
blue boots and can't find any anywhere! I happen to look in JC Penny
online and found an incredible pair of Navy Blue Leather Boots! I am
scared to get them because I have to try boots or shoes on and walk
in them for awhile to know if they fit! But, these boots are perfect!
And I got a shipping coupon of $4.99 and a $10 of coupon so the boots
were $59.00 and with the discounts I can't not try them and pray they
fit! I have bought books, CDS, furniture, jewelry online, but never
shoes or clothing! So wish me luck!

I feel same way! It is sort of addictive. They usually have a return policy and alot of them have the return labels or you can get them printed out just incase. I love to check online cause alot of times the online price may be different than in the store. And sales online that they don't have the store. And even different products.

I tend to have a problem with walking so i tend to shop from books as well.I think it is alot easier to get it delivered as well because then you do not have to wait to be served as well as carry the things you have bought.I do also shop on line as that is just as easy.Happy Mylotting.

Cutest cat! It is just too easy and convenient not too. One of my big stressers was inadequate customer service! I wanted to jump over the counter and strangle about 98% of them so online is the way for me.

NO, I don't get catalogues anymore, but I used to a few years ago. Now I prefer online shopping if I am buying stuff I can't or don't want to get in a regular store, the variety is just much bigger, and once you know the good online stores, they really are great!
But I can totally see why some people like catalogues too, it is just a matter of preference really!
