How many remotes do you use every day?

I use one remote every day. It is my cable remote. Occasionally I get in a mood to watch movies and I use the DVD/VHS remote. How many do use every day? I know there are music ones now and who knows how many others I am not aware of. How many do you use and can you tell me of any others that are used now days I might not be aware of?

I used to only use one, but as of yesterday, I have to use two because the TV remote won't operate my new DVD player, even though it's supposed to. I will ask the cableman about that when he comes on Monday.

It is probably just a code or something.

remote control - A remote control to watch television in your PC
I use two remotes. One is for the television and the other is for stereo. I am planning to buy an air conditioner, so that will make it three. I had a DVD player until last year. I had a remote for that. But I sold it and am watching movies on my computer. Watching movie on the computer is much easier than watching it on a player.

we use one remote as we use it to turn on our t.v. We have a remote for our c.d. player, there are remotes for c.d. players in cars I do believe. There are remotes for lots of things but I'm not really sure for what... lol.

My sister got an awia stereo, this stereo had a remote control, I'd say the stereo is ten years at the most.

woops sorry my point is that, it seems to me that it's only been ten years since they've started doing this, but it's more popular now then it was then.

Me either. I waited patiently for them to come up for one for music and now I don't have a music player that would have one.

Hey celtic! I only use the ones for the tvs! I use two in the bedroom for the HD tv. I have to use the one that is for the Cable and sometimes I need to adjust the picture size and use the one for the HDTV itself. If I am watching the tv in the living room which is not HD I use the Cable remote. I don't use the remotes for the stereos! I actually manually turn those on and work them manually! I don't even know how to work those remotes!

There are these little booklets or folded papers that come with products that you buy. They are called INSTRUCTIONS and they help you to understand how to work the product. (Just being a smartie !)

I only tend to use the remote for the television,as the children like to watch their programs. There are no other remotes that i use as the television one operates the dvd, digital tv as well as the surround sound.
