What do you think Heaven will be like when you get there?

I picture the most beautiful place that you have ever seen but billions and billions time better. After I walk through the pearly gates all of my family and friends who have gone before me will be there to greet me. There will still be beautiful trees and oceans of the purest blue you had ever seen. Along with the angels there will still be birds singing right along with them. People will be living in peace and harmony no matter the color of their skin or whatever their beliefs are. No more war,no more sickness. Just everyone living and feeling all the happiness that money could never buy. And of course all of my dogs that I had all my life would be up there running around jumping on me and showing me all of their bones and big teats they have. As for meeting God I have no idea what I would do. Would I be nervous and worry about all the things I did and didn't do. I hope I would just be so happy and just wrap myself in His love for me that it will be a wonderful reunion that I have been waiting for a long time. I would bow down before Him and He would wrap me in His arms and say " Welcome Home!"

I imagaine it would be very white and flowy very sterile but also very beautiful. Everybody looking very beautiful as well. There would be very calming music playing. Meeting God would be both incredible and scary because I don't know how I measure up in his eyes, but I would trust in his love and if what I hope is true, I will feel very warm and very loved and safe.

Great comments everyone thanks you are all painting very beautiful pictures. And I think we are all a little nervous when it comes to meeting God face to face. Being humans we are probably making it sound a lot scarier than it really is and afterwards when we are with our Father we will probably be thinking what was I so afraid of? Keep em coming.

When I picture Heaven I picture it as a beautiful place with streets paved with gold,and angels everywhere,where everyone is always happy,and there is not paid,no sorrow,and no sickness,and I also imagine that God is a big man with a throne,and I imagine how great it would be to be at his feet,since I know he loves us all,and it would be great meeting him and being part of his eternal paradise,because I am sure there is nothing more perfect or a more beautiful place.
