What a difference a day makes.

Have you ever been really happy, but then the next day something happens to make you very sad? Have you ever been pretty depressed, but then the next day wonderful things happen? I'd like to hear your stories about an instance where a difference in days was extreme. I thought of about it today because yesterday my back was doing pretty well, and today the pain is overwhelming. I'm fine, I'm okay, but the pain was surprising considering how pleased I was yesterday with the results of my "mini" back surgery a couple of weeks ago.
I hope everyone is having a good day today.

Yep that has happend to me an awful lot. I have had those days where I feel like i am on top of the world then the next day I feel horrible. Which is really bad when you feel great the previous day. But those days do happen to most people im sure off and theres nothing we can do to prevent it since we dont know the future.

I have had days like that, all in one day. I guess when I have lost a loved one, has been the worst. Having a good day and bam, a phone call, a knock on the door, etc., brings you bad news.
I think it is a part of life that we cannot avoid but how we react to it is affected by so many factors. I handle things like that well. Not that I am not deeply saddened and shocked, but my philosophy is that there are things that I have no control over or could not change, so I must move on and decide that being happy is worth an effort.
One thing that makes me happy is to help others. Happiness is what happens to us when we try to make someone else happy.

Hi there!
Each day of our lives brings new experiences and events and not two days could be similar. Weekends are pretty relaxing and weekdays are pretty hectic. Household related jobs keep popping up like new leaves on a tree, every day and struggle of life continues. Hope you will be better soon and your pain will vanish, sooner than later. All the best.

I am sorry that your back is hurting you, but I hope that it is feeling better now. I've had back pain before, and sometimes very very bad, but I think it was because I tried lifting too much, and hurt my back a little.

Hey Ambie! I am so sorry to hear that you are having a "bad"
day today. I wish I could say something to make it better or
take the pain away. I know that there isn't anything I can say
or do to make it better except say that I am here and I care
and hope and pray that tomorrow will be a better day and you
will wake up feeling less pain. I will pray for you tonight and
hope that tomorrow you will feel so much better. I will send
you positive thoughts and hugs! Love, Opal/Leslie

I think its pretty normal to have these type of days. Good things happen and bad things happen as well. Fortunately not every day is bad! We sometimes we are a bit lucky and sometimes we arent. The best way is to tackle these moments in life in the best of way so that they dont harm us more.

I've experienced this so many times. One moment I was very happy and the next moment everything went horribly wrong. But I've also experienced having a really terrible day and then suddenly being surprised that something good's waiting for me. That's life. It's so unpredictable. That's why I believe that there's always hope no matter how bad a person's current situation is.
