Is there any site(s) who pays for link exchanging? Any one has any idea?

I would say there are sites that will pay for link exchanges but I would imagine they would only want to link to sites with high PageRank which doesn't help people with sites that are just new and have no PR.

Don't know any that PAY, but link swapping often gives you much more in the way of earnings for your site(s). And the friendships you make in the swapping has another value you cannot put into the bank... right away at least.

Well in a way, if a site owner pays a Search Engine or Directory for his site to be included, that's like a paid link exchange. And that happens. I think Yahoo for one has a paid inclusion service.
But it's also true that only sites with high Pagerank (PR) can command payment for a link.
