I was just thinking to myself what is the cost of the vaccine? I never really thought about it until now but now there is some curoiousty that is rolling in my mind? Now here is another question if you only had enough money left to either eat or get the vaccine what would you do? This is only a discussion so I look forward to what everyone on here thinks about this. Happy mylotting as well.

"Data of the negotiations, to which this reporter had access, reveal that the pharmaceutics Sanofi-Aventis is selling each dose in 4.25 Euros, Glaxo in 4.50, and the regime of China in 4.10 Euros. " I will not take the vaccine for no reason and in no circumstances.

I can confirm the costs as mentioned by wmraul. Earlier calculations I saw state a price between 4 and 5 euros per shot.

Well I do not know the cost of the development of the Vaccine but I do know that in my area the shots are free, they only ask that people in the "high risk" groups get their shots first and the rest of the people wait longer. Cheers.

I've gotten my flu shot already, but I don't plan on getting the H1N1 vaccine - ANYWAY... so I would pass on it for food...

Never knew you have to pay for this in USA. Here in Canada we are getting for free. Then again....we have free healthcare....only cosmetic things will cost dearly...other than that everything is free...even hip transplant, heart, baby delivery etc just to name a few major ones.
