I think so. Its quite obvious that Facebook has become more appealing than Myspace over the years and not so annoying. It's now seen as the more "mature" approach to social networking whereas myspace is more for middle school students and older adults who think they're hip but still don't have a clue what is going on.

Ha, I agree with you. MySpace was always for teenagers, and I always felt really funny as an adult being on there. It was just geared towards the younger crowd. I never really liked MySpace, but I enjoy Facebook. I definitely agree with you- if someone my age (33) told me he had a MySpace page, or was still active on it, I'd look at him funny. But everyone has Facebook.

Well I think so. I have a Facebook account. But I have never had a myspace account. And to be honest don't want one either. I keep in touch with friends and family through my account. I think it is even growing in popularity.

I also think that Facebook has replaced MySpace in popularity. MySpace was the first, but now with Facebook people have an option. I think people like Facebook because of the privacy options you have, because its easier to use, its set up nicer, and its easy to find old friends there. Also, you are able to do status updates and things you can't do on MySpace. I know I never bother with my MySpace account now that I have FB. I never put my real name or picture on MySpace because I didn't feel safe, but I have my real name and photo up on FB because only friends I approve can see my profile. I used to get tons of spam on MySpace but never any on FB, it is really much better.

Facebook is definitely more popular but I wouldn't say Myspace has been replaced. Myspace and Facebook have different features and so they're both a brand in their own league. What I like on Myspace is the fact that you don't have to log in to view other people's profiles. I usually check out the pages of Artists on Myspace and it's nice that I dont have to log in to do that.

It seems to be so, at least for my age group 30 plus. Everyone I know in my age group uses it, and never used Myspace. It seems the teeny boppers are still on Myspace. Obviously just an observation, with no real statistics to back myself up.

I think that it is. Everyone I know is on Facebook. They are on Facebook more than they are on myspace.

I haven't been on MySpace in years. I don't know how popular it still is because i haven't been on there in a while, but Facebook may well have become more popular than MySpace. mySpace was the original idea, but Facebook seems to have taken it and run with it. :)

I'm a facebook fan, and I know alot of people that use it, but I'm not sure if its more popular than myspace. I hear alot of people saying that they like myspace better, but I myself like facebook better.

I know both Myspace and FaceBook are popular and a lot of people use them I have a Myspace and I check it everyday because it is how I keep up with my friends and it has a lot of cool apps,my wife also has a Myspace, and she recently created a FaceB ook for a EA code on Need For Speed games which was totally kick butt if you ask me and I am sure there were a lot of other FaceBook users who were psyched because of it,and she has started using it more and said it also has a lot of good apps, and it even has some of the apps that Myspace has,she said she especially likes the Yoville app and that it better on FaceBook then on Myspace, but I personally do not think Myspace will be replaced if anything Myspace will knock FaceBook off of the internet because of popularity.

i really don't understand what the codes and the need for speed games have in common with facebook. do you have to create a facebook account in order to get the need for speed code,or is she just providing codes through her facebook account. i'm a video game fan too so this would be of interest to me.

Sorry I was not clear Need For Speed was having an anniversary or something so they were giving a code for 25 percent off of any Need For Speed game to the first five hundred people to post a message on their wall on Face Book so my wife made a Face Book so we could get a code, even though I think they have stopped giving out codes now,but you could only use the code at the EA store online.

I think facebook might be a little bit more popular but I'm not real sure. Most of my friends use facebook and most of the people I know in my area use facebook. Myspace is also a pretty big website they are basically they same website though.

I have used myspace but I didn't like it. I had been invite to face book but didn't know much about until I got more friends on there now. At one stage I have using facebook all the time and forgetting to come here. It isn't a good way to earn money if I don't come to mylot. Lol. So I blamed facebook for stealing my attention away from mylot.
