Which do you like best, Fresh or canned veggies

I love fresh vegetables! Especially when they are in season.
If I can't get them fresh, I'd rather have them frozen.
Since frozen vegetables are really expensive in my country, if I can't get them fresh, I buy them canned.

order of preferance is
Fresh, frozen, then canned.
Fresh veggies need to be steamed for the best flavor same with frozen. boiling takes away all the vitimans and flavor

sometimes I over steam. Thanks for the reminder. I'll have to steam my green beans tonight! My preference is the same. I like vegetables the best raw...!

i like fresh but if i cant get those i like the frozen kind best..i do not like eatting canned veggies they just dont taste right to me ..unless they are in a soup or something..but alone ..cant do canned
