Chicken

ahem types?? we dont have chicken types where we live but i love chicken whether its fried, boiled, steamed grilled, i love all of em, chicken is just timeless

I enjoy all types of chicken, but one of my favorites is lemon pepper chicken. I usually bake it in the oven and put lots of lemon juice and pepper on the chicken. Then, I cut up potatoes and place all the ingredients in foil, wrap it, then cook it. It tastes so great!

That's really hard to say chicken can be cooked amazingly in so many different ways. I really like baked or rotisseri chicken so juicy, tender, and flavorful. But fried chicken is awesome too. I also bake boneless chicken thighs with my favorite BBQ sauce on them and they are so good. There are so many ways I love chicken but if I have to pick a favorite I will say baked.

Country style fried chicken! Hmmm... My favorite! Add in some gravy.... And some corn on the cob. Then I'm all set.

Roasted!! I stuff it with herbs and let it roast in the oven for 1 1/2-2 hours...I'm mad about it. Then I pick up all the meat and re-use the carcass to make chicken stock!
