Tonight I roasted a pork chop and added up some griled radish and cheese. Cheese wasn't planned but I was so hungry that a bit more fat would just help. Later, as a post-workout snack, I ate a persimmon and an apple.

I am not sure what country you are are from or what is available to you but I always keep a couple of frozen pizzas in the freezer for nights like that when the day has just been so hectic and I am tired and hungery and just want something easy and relatively fast. I just have to put the pizzas on a pan and put them in the oven for about 20 minutes. I always keep frozen shrimp on hand too. It can be defrosted easily by putting it in a collander or strainer and running cold water over it for about 5 minutes while I am doing that I boil some water, and throw in some angle hair pasta. Then I cook the shrimp up with what ever seasoning I feel like, drain the noodles and put in a little butter and Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Open up a can of veggies cook them and dinner is ready in less than 15 minutes. Hamburger Helper is also great you just have to remember to take out the meat to defrost before you leave for work, or Tuna Helper is good to if you like Tuna, you don't have to worry about putting the tuna out to defrost, and it takes only about 15 easy minutes to make.

eat the noodle, fried noodle, or what ever you like. Otherwise you should reduce your job activity, it doesn't mean that you will leave your work..
