as we know,H1N1 is spreading all over the world.it is very dangerous that we suffer this disease.do you know how to protect myself.

In order to prevent infection, should take the following measures:
-to avoid contact with flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, runny nose, etc.) or pneumonia and other respiratory tract of patients.
-to avoid contact with pigs or pig to have a place.
-to avoid going to crowded places.

Easy, don't come in contact with someone already infected.
I've seen many people with masks but they're not really that useful in order to prevent that. The useful thing is keeping good body hygiene.
