I often encounter this question whenever I apply for a job or sometimes, they are this " What do you think is your greatest asset/s that you know you can help in the attainment of the company vision and mission? Honestly, I always have this thought why interviewer always ask this question just knowing that the interviewee will just give them a very positive answer and might have the chance that the interviewee was just making a big lie. lol. Anyway, I still want to know, how you answer this questions during your interviews.

This is true most of interviewer if you apply for a job their first question to their interviewee is this words "what are your strengths?". I don't know if you have noticed this everytime when you apply for a job if your resume/CV is being properly read well or being understand by the interviewer what you have written in it. Usually, if the interviewer is not inline to that particular position that you are applying then that question will goes that way "what are your strength?" or most likely if the interviewer did not understand what you have written in your CV especially in technical position you will end up like that. I have experienced this same question before I have worked in Middle East whom interviewed me with a "know how" interviewer for a Technical position.

In many interviews they not only ask about your strong points, but also about your weak ones. My trick is making them all sound positive, and even if I'm telling a lie, always saying that my strong points are about my way of working, like "I'm a very responsible person, I work very hard, I like work to look perfectly done", etc.
