Does ur internet service provider keeps troubling u day after day

how many days a week u face problems with ur ISP , i face them everyday
my internet goes down nearly daily , every day i am fed up wid my operator
i keep calling him and complaining , but again the next day i face the same
Does ur internet connection goes down every day or every week ?
lets see how many people are fed up with their internet providers
and what do u guys do to get out of this problem ?

Hi!!
I would like to say that m really lucky with my Internet service provider after seeing the responses of the users here.I use a BSNL unlimited internet plan for the last 6 months and till date I haven't experienced any problems related to my net connection.Their server is never down(at least I haven't experienced it) and the speed is also very good.We are given a modem through which we connect to the Internet via DSL and I can talk on the phone at the same time while surfing on the net without any disconnection.M really happy with my service provider and I hope not to have any complaints from them in the future too.Have a good day,cheers!!

yes BSNL is the best service provider in india
because its never down
they have all sorts of backup even in case of power failure
i had sify , the line man says he can not provide me service anymore
and the same reason the sify customer care gives me
they say am the only user in my area
i always paid my renewal amount on or before time i always paid for for extra line maintainance apart from MRP
but still they should actually return my installation amount but they did not nor they did refund my rewewal amount which i paid for my coming month
i say u guys sify is not trustworthy
i am going to nice care of these guys i'll break all the lines from n to my area , pick there routers and hubs and sell them in 2nd hand market

At this moment, I am not happy with the service that I get from my Internet Service Provider. For some reason, they block the access to my favorite blogger site. I don't know if they will do it for a long time or just for sometimes. But it's been one weeks since I could not access my blogger account, meanwhile the other people that are using other Internet Provider service can still access blogger account without having a problem.

My previous internet service provider would give me problems all the time. 1st of all, it worked way slower than the speed we were paying for. We complained, but they didn't fix it.
Also, we had internet outages often, or it would just begin to work extremely slow.
Of course, now I'm using internet with a different provider, and I haven't had problems with the new one so far :)
