I just love pens, pencils, papers, glues - lot of stationery. I am very fond of good pens. I collect them and also use then intermittently. Some have been archived for they do not work any more but how does it make any difference! They are worth treasuring! My mom cannot keep up with the increasing hordes and threatens to trash them one day. I know she won't. Do you love pens? Do you have hard time discarding your favorite pen

I keep them even after they stop working. I have a box full of pens, some of reputed brands and some not and somehow have never thought of trashing them or giving them away. And of them i would like the fountain pens the best. Even though i let them leak and spoil a couple of my shirts. I would like diaries and notepads including a lavender scented and those made from recycled paper. And another thing i liked are the special lead pencils.

I just love fountain pens. I have loved them always, specially with black ink. I still have many which I hardly use now. I also love little thicker impressions. Very fine, thin impressions aren't for me. And I just cannot get enough of lead pencils. I still remember the days when my father used to buy different kinds of drawing pencils and painting brushes. I just love all kinds of glitters, stickers, papers..

I even remember having one of those feather tip pens, the type they used to use by dipping in ink and writing. Grandfather had given it me many years ago. Dont have it now though. Although i have a lousy handwriting, i would write slowly and nicely with a fountain pen .

You sound exactly my daughter.I call her donkey because of her infatuation with paper. She never gets tired of pulling out the new white sheets from my computer tables in spite of her collection of scribbling pads of various varieties. And her mummy complains that her school bag is always heavy with the amount of pens she carry.(Sssshhhh!I bought her a new pen to her collection yesterday) Well I don.t know where she got this craze for the stationary. P.SAnd I just like pens and collect them Mimpi.

These are some of my favorite things as well. I think it doesn't need for someone to be artistic to appreciate these things. But I think the weirdest thing I like by far would be scissors! I didn't notice this odd inclination, until my partner asked me, "How many scissors does a house need to have!?". In my room alone I have 3! I thought it was normal to have a lot because I have them according to use. I have scissors for papers and books, I have scissors for tapes (those are sticky!) and I have another for all things in between. I take care of them very well by making sure that they are oiled and well cleaned and sharp! Hahaha.. As for pens, I have a lot, I tend to divulge myself with these things when I find that a brand has great looking and vivid colors. Though these days my pens are usually red and black. But I do have those glittered pens as well. Colored papers, not much. Have a great MyLot experience ahead!

I do enjoy pretty stationary, but to say that I won't ever use it would be silly. I'd like to use it and show it off. Now pens are a different story, I don't like them so much unless say they have the name of a favorite star! Of course memorbilla falls into a different category so to speak! lol!

I must confess that I too have a lot of pens all around the house and a lot of them don’t work anymore. I don’t purposely collect pens; I just don’t like throwing them away! I love stationery too, I love going into office supplies stores, I love the smell of stationery and I usually buy something whenever I go into one of these stores and it is usually an item that I don’t need! As far as pens go, I still have one that was given to me when I was around eight years old, it doesn’t work anymore of course!

I have lots of pens and I keep them as well, but then as I know there are new ones coming to market so I need to discard them and buy new. Sometimes once u use the pen u cant keep it. I like them from different brands and companies so that I have variety of pens to show off. I prefer Parker there are some things that never change. Colourd papers yes that too, but I like ths shiny ones and something with bright colours to make my table and stationary look attarcative to others

Hello mimpi. Pens are not exactly something that I like to keep. When they run out of ink I just toss them in the trash. I really prefer to write with mechanical pencils. My real down fall is small note books. They are so cute and fit in a purse or pocket so easily. I also like small different shaped jars. Some are very cute

I love office stuff too. I have a few favored pens that are refillable. I have always had to stash that stuff away because my daughter is like that too. Even now that she is grown and out of the house. Her oldest son is like that too. I will forever have to hide my good pens away from both of them now. I just keep a few in the pencil holder on the desk that they can ripp off if they want. All my favs are hidden from them.

Hello Mim. I do collect or love the things you've mentioned. The journals I use and keep. But when the pens run dry, I toss them and buy others...all kinds! And pencils as well. These are things I enjoy using every day. The one inkpen I've for ages is a refillable one my mother got for me years ago as a birthday present. It writes as good as it ever did. But you're right...why not collect pens and keep them, even when dry? It is no different than many other things people love to collect :) Karen

Ink pens are ironically one of my weaknesses. They don't even have to be special looking or anything like that. If I see a good deal on ink pens, then inevitably I will buy them. My husband is always lecturing me about all of the ink pens that I have, but it doesn't deter me, I still buy more and more of them because they are in fact one of my favorite things to have. As far as the other stationary type items, I could care less about those.

I use pen because of the purpose it is made ... writing. I don't use expensive pens as I easily lose them, especially in the office. I throw them away if it stops writing. It is different with my daughter. I see lots of pens that do not write anymore which my daughter keeps. I think she is keeping them because most of them come out with beautiful and uncommon designs. My daughter has lots of stationery, colored glue, art paper, glitters and all sorts she uses in her school projects before. She has a better artistic ability than her brothers.

I had a favourite pen in school. Now it is no longer the case. I buy ballpens indiscriminately throw them here and there unsystematically and keep borrowing husband's pen and have a fight. So, I buy him pens and keep them in his drawer and then take them also and misplace them and the fight continues. I can just not keep them carefully.

i used to like pens and stationary and loved pens with different coloured inks such as purple and turquise but now i am into vintage ephemera (printed papers such as postcards and whatnot) and since i have become an artist, i am always on the lookout for stuff like that.

I have a few pens that I wouldn't part with. I had a very nice one presented to me in Japan by the owner of the company that I work for. I usually use disposable pens but my good ones I do keep.

More than loving stationary I love cute and themed stationary. For example, now all my scool stuff follows a theme, and it's a very cute one! My classmates will praise my stationary and that makes me feel happy
