Pretty vague huh. There are probably millions of ideas out there that can be dreamed of on making a site. I'm trying to figure out what new things people want in a website. For instance, stumbleupon was created so members can post things that they have stumbled upon online and found worth checking out for their friends and other people online. There's a site that lets you create your website tile backgrounds and download the results for free. There are websites that let you create a mind map. There's one that helps you compose your own music. Another one lets you edit your pictures online without having to worry about buying expensive photo editing software. There are sites that pay members to post images, content or videos. There's one site that lets you post your own flyer for a fee. I could go on and on and there are limitless things I've found online. But here's the thing about most of them. Some of the ideas have been copied or have been done before. If you had your way to create your very own website, what key feature, service or product or never thought of before would you have on your site?

A website needs to have a simple dynamic design. E.g. lockerz.com .. a lovely design ... Also you should use tooltips and other jquery tools in order to show help bubbles instead of writing to much text in one single paragraph.. You need to heave an internal search engine for your website so people can search what they need. A tell a friend module would also be helpful and members need to be able to communicate with each other... doesn't matter if it's a forum or just a simple chat box. And there are many things that people are likely to want from a website. Still remember to have a good design that will make people come back. I use some website just because they look very good ..

As a web designer and developer I like using your suggestions. Jquery is a powerful javascript tool. Works wonders from aesthetics to querying database and whole lots more. Thanks for the heads up about Lockerz. I think it is interesting. I like the way they show us a rather different way of logging in. Nothing very fancy really instead of a password box they placed a combination box. I think that's a cool start. It takes the monotony away from the old things about a website. This may indeed be a different beginning. It also tells us that members can win prizes. I don't know anyone who wouldn't want any reward or prize. Looks cool and I will definitely watch out for more updates about it. Cheers!

It's impossible to create the perfect website. Nowadays there are many sites specialized in different areas that are popular. Maybe many people would like something that combines earning money with social networking with games, maybe job search, being able to check coin currency and weather forecast... that would be a good site for me.

Are you thinking what I'm thinking? You're asking for a website that tells people of what is happening in the real world. Aren't there already tons of sites about news and what not giving us the real deal? Is it possible you're thinking we are not getting the real truth about the what is happening around the world? Yes, I do think you're right. There are a lot of lies around us. In fact, it is so deep that to the average mind it is unthinkable that such a thing is happening. But it is. But a lot of sites out there exists and they are trying to send us all a message of the truth. But what have they got against those who are in power? They will just be labeled as conspiracy theorists. hehe.
