items for sale,price:POA. POA does stand for price on application,but what's the meaning?

POA could be short of many things ,that depends on different situations
we need to know what situation you have with that .
POA could be chemical materials
but Price on application means that something is useful or not
and how much useful it is,then we pay for it .
