When I am compelled to bear the presence of a person whom neither I like at all nor can I avoid in my life due to the worst I faced with the same.

If there someone I don't like, I try to avoid any chance of a face-to-face encounter, but if this is not possible I try to be civil to him/her at the very least. I also try to consider the person's better side, as I might just have pre-judged him/her. Living in harmony with everyone is a lot easier than having to harbor ill feelings for the rest of your life.

I think that you could ignore the person that you don't like at all. That might be difficult to do. You can't avoid that person so you might have to get used to him or her being around. One option would be to move and not tell that person your new address. If you work alongside him or her you could change jobs. Good luck.

It is indeed difficult to be with people who you don't like. Our happiness and physical and mental well-being is of prime importance.I would suggest that you try to avoid this person and let him know whith your behaviour politely and firmly that you don't want to have much to do with him. This will make your life simpler. If this person is your boss, then I would recommend you to look for a new job as soon as possible.
