Have you ever had muddy buddies? / myLot

When I was a kid, someone brought Muddy Buddies in place of cupcaks for their birthday. It was the first time I'd ever heard of them, and they were so good! They're basically plain chex (cereal) with melted peanut butter and melted chocolate poured over them, and then doused with powdered sugar. They were so messy but so delicious! I can't stop thinking about them for some reason today. Maybe I should make some. w

I have. I found the recipe on the box a few years ago and the kids loved them. You're right they can be messy. I do alot of baking during the holidays making goodie trays and I always like to scatter a handful or so of them across the tops of the trays, they look so pretty on a tray full of cookies.

hi olisaur wow anytime one puts chocolate and peanut butter together it has to be good. never tried it but it sounds really delicious. must get the ingredients and try it just for fun. shame on me I am a diabetic. wah wah cry sob cant I have just a little pinch? thats a real catchy name muddy buddies.
