Are there any football widows or widowers out there? Is this time of year you least favorite? If so , what do you do whe your partner is seeing football? Me? I like football so this is a good time but I always wonder what people...

jewels49 I like football too and I can't really think of anyone I know that hates it..For me though, football season means pre-season hockey is starting..that makes me so happy, I am incapable of feeling any emotion resembling hate.

Yesterday I saw a friend of mine back in university. He was my first ever roommate during my freshman year. When we got to talking, I remembered when I got to fake him out once. I was having a bout of German Measles so I was...

If you're fond of watching movies, then you are certainly familiar with scenes near the end where the orchestra starts playing. It is when you know that everything will be all right. That whatever problems the lead characters were...

jewels49 Halak and crew get my vote. I was as happy when Sid, the whiny kid got knocked out as I would have been, had my Wings been able to take out the Sharks. It would be wonderful if Montreal could go all the way!!

I didn't think the Red Wings could win tonight but I think they could have a better chance with Osgood. so I ask you , do you think this early exit will cost Babcock his job?

4 responses

jewels49 Babcock doesn't have anything to worry about. Nor should he. Howard did a decent job, 4 goals a game (except for the one) wasn't good enough, but it is what it is. Penalties deserved or not killed us early in this round. And had the head shot on Johan been...

Will the phone they found that has Adam's prints on it have a call to the guy Adam met in the restaurant? Will the DA pursue it or just ignore it because he is after the Newmans? If Michael leans about it, assuming Patty is not...

jewels49 I look for the DA to ignore it, but not Chance..he is too detail oriented, if they write this true to his character, he will investigate every aspect of this phone, as will Michael should he survive to find out about it.

I think that even in a wheel chair Phyllis will put up a much tougher fight than Sarah thinks. That is assuming it even comes to an actual fight and she is not interrupted before than. What do you think will happen?

jewels49 I agree, there is no way that Phylis is going to just sit still and let Sarah kill her. As jumpy as Phylis has been lately. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that she has some sort of defensive weapon hidden in that chair somewhere.
