Do you like Egg Nog?

Oh yuk I think it's horrible. It reminds me of childhood Christmases when the family would gather round....the men would drink whisky and the women would either drink sherry or Egg Nogg.

I like it to and so dose my Aunt Marg I was going to see her allot and take her out she felt better when one of the family took her out this one time I took her some ginger cookies, that she love to have with her tea plus a bottle of a big, Brandy, I bought 16 quarts of Egg Nog which she told me to leave them at her place which I did I went and got some more for myself the ones I left 8 was mine at her place I ask if she like any more Egg Nog she starts laughing "No Thanks" I think I had enough!!!! She is, one Hundred Two yrs old now. it must be good for us.!!!! she turned that age in October. cd

I love egg nog. My husband brought some home to me the other day. I have not had any of it yet though but my daughter has. I am not sure if it is still any good right now. I need to go check it. I may have to buy some more of it.

I like egg nog, but I'm on this diet so the nog is not in my cup this year... besides, as much as I like egg nog, it doesn't like me!

I really enjoy drinking eggnog around the Christmas season. There are a lot of drinks that can be made with eggnog as well. I haven't seen it any other time of year, though. I like to put a little Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum in my eggnog. It tastes really good. There is a little tavern in our town that makes a heated eggnog drink called Tom and Jerry's. I'm not sure what all of the ingredients include, but I do know that they put nutmeg on the top. When I tried them before, I didn't like them. But if it was a cold day and I were there, I think I would try it again for the first time.

Oh my. Do I ever LOVE Eggnog! I first start buying it the SECOND the grocery stores put it on the shelves. I don't know what it is, becuase the texture is actually quite gross..But the stuff is addictive! I look forward to this time of year for this reason exactly. LOL. Warmed up and with a little rum..There's a drink for ya!
