This was so a totally "blonde" moment for me today. I was laughing so hard at myself!
I had to take my car in to get the windshield replaced because of a huge crack. When I picked it up, I had to adjust the rearview mirror a little bit and the first thing I thought was "Why did they have to adjust my mirror when they didn't even have to drive it very far?" I was thinking that the mechanics very rarely adjust things in the car because they're in it for such a short time. Then I realized - OH!!! They replaced the windshield!!! So of course they had to take the mirror off and put it on the new windshield! DUH!!!! I was then kinda amazed that it was pretty darned close to how I like it!

This little story gave me a smile, and I needed one right now. I like how you changed your attitude to appreciation when you realized the whole situation and what had gone on. We all need to look at things in a more positive way. Have not seen you in ages, hope you are doing well.
