if you go to walmart and go to the soup isle there is a soup there that one pack will feed a family of 4 and it only cost abo9ut 4.00. it is really good to. closest i have had to homemade than any other soup. it takes about 15 min to cook and all you add is water. they have all kinds of flavors too. broccoli cheese, potato, chicken noodle, tortila, lots more. it is in a plastic package and its called bears creek soups. i have been buying them alot and it has really helped bring the food bill down and tehre are enough clavors that you dont get tired of it. next ime you go to walmart look for it. 1.00 a person and its good, good for you, and well cheap. lol good luck everyone on making those dollars stretch

With the economic down like it is with no hope of it raising in the near future, Any tips on saving money is very much welcomed. They say the ression is now over, but this country dug themselves into a deep hole on this one and it will take time for them to climb out of it if they can. I don't shop at wal-mart like I used to, but I'll have George look for it next time we're in there.

Thanks for sharing this tip with all of us. I think that is a really good deal to feed a whole family. We like the Reman Noodles. They are even cheaper than that. We also add an egg to it also after it is cooked and it stretches even farther and makes it taste better too.
