If you're a billionaire would you still care to wear your old clothes?

Whew! At last I just finished the first batch of my laundries. Doing the laundry is one of my most hated house chores for so many reasons. If I am only a billionaire I would throw away all the laundries and buy a new one... Am sorry guys this is the only thing I could do to relax my tired body doing the laundries. By wishing and dreaming like a billionaire could erase the frustrations of doing lots of laundries which was being stuck for a month. How about you friend would you agree with me if you become a billionaire? Sounds funny, right? Anyway, let's share what's on your mind about this... Mobhomeir...

Yes, I would still wear it. I wont even bother to throw it all or give it away to someone. I only got few but they stand out from the rest because of it's thoughts or let's say sentimental value. I love them and be with them always.

Were I a billionaire, I would absolutely, positively still wear my old clothes. I wear some of my oldest clothes even now, some tie dyes from the seventies. Some of my favorite "comfort clothes" to wear are shabby and seriously torn, but I feel comfortable in them. While no one enjoys work of any kind,(as a generality!), doing laundry is not one of my least favorite tasks and I am a saver. I would never throw away clothes that I can no longer wear, because I don't consider clothing "disposable", but I would either donate them to charity for those in need, hand them down to a family member, or recycle them in a yard sale - billionaire or not! I can think of so many more things and so much more worthwhile good that I could do with my billions than waste one iota of anything!

Yes I understand my friend. Well, seriously I would not do that. The result of my frustration of doing lots of stuck laundries of mine fantasized my self of just throwing it should I would have billions someday. But actually I would not do that. You're idea is good, hand it to some of your relatives and friends or give it to the charity for the needy. I appreciated that way....Thanks for your respond... Mobhomeir here..

I love doing laundry and it takes les time if u know whiach clothes to go first and next and all that. Nowadays in winters I let me maid do it but sometimes she spoils them. I think I will not give up my old clothes as I love thme when they become thin and torn and i keep on wearing them. And it makes my mom and sisters faustrated. if someone see me in my shabby clothes at home they would not recognize me as I wear a different sort when in the office. But its fun no matter u r millionaire or billionaire

Well, even if I was a billionaire, I would probably still wear my old clothes. I would think I wouldn't wear them quite as long though. I would replace them a little more often. Even with all that money, I wouldn't be wasteful. I think that's ingrained in me since childhood. I would definitely hire someone to do the laundry and housework though!

Yes I understand. Well, now I realize that was not supposed to be happened, I mean, throwing and replacing my old ones instead of washing it again. Am sorry that was just the result of being so mad and frustrated after I've done my stuck laundries... Thanks for responding my friend... Mbhomeir here...

Definitely, it will remind me off my hard days before I get all this happy day life. At least, I will grab one or two my favorite clothes and give all the rest to near charity . And the laundries thingie, with a ball of cash in my hands, I can have people to do that.. what a wonderful life to go.. ?(ยด^?^)??

I would buy new clothes and keep some of my old ones and yes I would still do laundry because I don't plan to have a maid or any of those if I were a billionaire. I would continue to do a lot of things the way I've done before but with a few extra things I may not have been able to do like taking my kids to places that I couldn't afford before. Other than that no one would even know I was rich unless I told them.

ofcourse not. when i'm a billionaire who will care about my appearance and look down at me? i'm not very care about the clothes and just clean and comfortable would be good to me. not the expensive the better. and i have a manner that my clothes are picked by myself and i do not even want to throw them away when it broken. so i'd like to ware old clothes even when i'm a billionaire already.

Hello, well I would definitely buy new clothes but there would have to come a time when i would have to do laundry and wear the clothes again because I wouldn't want to spend all my billions on new clothes for every day...there are other things that I could think a bit more worth the money. I would probably keep my jogging pants however because I really really like them...

as what you said,i could not wear old clothes,i think that i have much money i can buy what i want,i should share to live and be properly dressed myself,if when i die,i could not take much money to live in the other world,so it is important to spend money to buy more clothes and make me look beautiful.

No, I'll say. I throw away my clothes only when they are broken and can't be worn any more. If they are just old, I give them away to people who need them.

Yes I would ! One reason is that I do not care what quality my clothes are, I care whether they are clean and tidy, and whether they can keep me warm! I think that's the most important reasons for me to put on clothes!! Another reason is that even though we are rich, we cannot extravagance! We had better use the money on somewhere that it should be used! Isn't IT?

Last time I had a bit of money to my name I spent quiet extravagantly on clothes and the clothes weren't any better than cheaper clothes. Now, when I don't have so much money I regret spending so much money on clothes when I had a lot and I wish that I had saved more, or even given more to charity. I just wish that I had made my money go further. So yes I would still wear my clothes. I find I have favourite pieces anyway and it doesn't matter how much they cost. I always try and get supercheap clothes because you can get so much for so little.

If I were really rich I would still wear things more than once. Some outfits you like and don't want to not wear again because you can afford not not. I would go shopping like once a week.

I would definitely go buy new clothes. Yes I hate laundry but I also hate my clothes. They are so old and I can not afford to buy new ones. Billionaire....oh how I wish. How many you do laundry for? I have six kids, me and my love I have to do laundry for.....I finish only to see that it is all piled up AGAIN!! It is a never ending chore. Oh How I hate it! I don't mind washing it and putting it in the dryer, it's all the folding and hanging and putting everything away where it goes. I started having the kids (the ones old enough) put away their own laundry, but then it usually ends up on the floor or it all gets shoved into one dresser and it drives me NUTS! But it saves me from having to put it alll away...that is a lot of laundry!

I suppose... in theory if I really had a billion dollars... Nope, I'd still ware my old clothes. I'm just not into fashion, and I hate shopping more than anything else in the world. So I'd likely keep doing what I already do. Buy 2 pairs of pants each year, and ware them till they fall apart.

yeah what would be the need to have old cloths when you could have your own wardrobe updated every month with new gear, would be nice. with all that money could get a lot. but then I would probable feel bad knowing there are some poor people out there and I am able to live it up in a nice warm place and they are trying to make ends meet. life can be a pain and at the same time beautiful and great. not to have to do chores would be great.
